It is extremely nutritious and can be eaten with Coconut chutney, Peanut chutney or Tomato Chutney.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 150 gms Split Green Gram(soaked in water)<br />- 1 Onion (chopped)<br />- 2 Green Chillies<br />- Salt<br />- 2 tbsp Split Chickpeas<br />- 2 tbsp Semolina<br />- Water<br />- Oil<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Grind split green gram in a mixer along with chopped onions, green chillies, salt<br />2. Once grounded, take the mixture out in a large bowl <br />3. Now, add split chickpeas, semolina to this mix<br />4. Mix it all together and add some water, if the batter becomes too thick <br />5. Now, turn on the flame; place a pan and add some oil over it <br />6. Spread the oil evenly, throughout the pan and add the batter over it<br />7. Spread it over oil and let it cook, with the help of some more oil<br />8. Once cooked, take it out on a plate<br />9. Similarly, make the rest of the dosas<br />
